Dive into your misery. Own the pain. Our whole world is built on hiding away all that causes discomfort. Out of sight out of mind. Bottle it up and keep it on a shelf behind your finest wine. It`s not that simple. It`s not always going to be alright. And you know what? That`s okay. That`s honest. And that`s life.
